Mark is originally from Murphy, NC. Mark has four children and four grandchildren. He received his mortuary degree from Gupton-Jones Mortuary College in Atlanta, GA. He moved to Durham in April 2000 as a funeral director and embalmer with Hudson Funeral Home for thirteen years. He rejoined the Hudson staff in December 2021. Mark is a compassionate and professional funeral director with over 25 years of experience.
