Aalyiah Marie Clarke

Aalyiah Marie Clarke passed away on January 7, 2021 at Duke University Hospital.

Aalyiah’s mother, Kara Allison Clark, passed away January 14, 2021.

Aalyiah is survived by her father, Thomas Daniel Clarke; and her brother Carter Clark; her maternal grandparents Mark and Gail Clark; uncle, Mark Clark; aunt, Jill Clark; grandmother, Sherry Selman, grandfather, Dale Clarke; great-grandparents, Don and Joan Barbee.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, January 20, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Hudson Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Dr. Devon Blanton. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.

The family is greatly saddened by the loss of baby Aalyiah, who’s arrival was happily anticipated.
