Addie Gertrude Parker Moses

Mrs. Addie Gertrude Parker Moses, 92, passed away February 25, 2023.

Addie was born October 5, 1930, in Johnston County, NC to the late Alex P. and Bettie Jane Beasley Parker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred A. Moses.

Addie was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church, where she served as a Sunday School Teacher. She loved her family and will be deeply missed.

Mrs. Moses is survived by her son, Tony A. Moses (Mary); daughter, Susan Walker (Donald); 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; as well as other loving family member and friends.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Raydon Tart, Joseph Walker, Lynn Gentry, Joe McKenna, Gary Parker, and Brayden Gentry. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jon Chamberlain and Joseph Dean.

A visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Hudson Funeral Home with a funeral service following at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel. Burial will be held at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.
