Alexa Michell Centeno

DURHAM- Ms. Alexa Michell Centeno, 18, passed away on October 28, 2021.

Ms. Centeno was born March 20, 2003 to Maria Centeno Trejo in Durham, NC. Alexa enjoyed skateboarding. She was very smart. Alexa loved her family, especially spending time with her nieces and siblings. Alexa enjoyed reading books. She will be deeply missed.

A visitation will be held Friday, November 5, 2021 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, November 5, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Hugh MacSherry officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be directed to Duke Children’s Hospital, Duke Children’s Development, 710 W. Main Street, Ste. #200.

Don’t grieve for me for now I’m free,

God wanted me now, He set me free.
