DURHAM Mrs. Amy Biddix Andrews, 44, of Durham, died on Sunday, May 7, 2017.
Mrs. Andrews was born in Columbia, SC. She was employed for 27 years with Glaxo-Smith Kline as a Project Specialist. She enjoyed planning birthday parties and family reunions for her family. She loved charities, golfing, surfing, clogging; spending time at the beach and mountains and any type of games involving family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 9 years, Samuel Andrews of Durham; her parents, Bruce and Mary Biddix of Asheville; brother, Chris Biddix of Asheville and several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friend and Co-workers.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home in Durham, N. C.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 12 Noon at Anders-Rice Funeral Home in Ashville. Burial will be in the Hills Union United Methodist Church Cemetery in Dandridge, Tennessee.
