Barbara Jean Castleberry Long

DURHAM- Barbara Jean Castleberry Long, 73, of Durham died on Friday, October 11, 2013. She was the daughter of the late James Dossie Castleberry and Addie Pauline Merritt Castleberry. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl Clay Long.  Mrs. Long retired from Burlington Mills and also worked  at Little Rebel Convenience Store in the Oak Grove Community. She was a member of Durham Memorial Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Douglas Clay Long and Dennis Earl Long, two daughters, Paula Lynne Sumpter and Tammy Renee Freeman, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 3:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Johnny Wilson, Travis Marion, Josh Goodwin and Ryan Colpitts.
