Barbara Reeves McGee

DURHAM- Barbara Reeves McGee, 68, of Durham passed away on Friday, September 9, 2016. She was the daughter of the late William Garvin Reeves and Gladys Mullinax Reeves. She lived in Durham most of her life, was a member of Page Road Baptist Church. Barbara was a member of Pauline Frazier Sunday School Class and was very active and served on several committees at her church. She was a retired Beautician.
She is survived by her loving husband of almost 51 years, James “Jimmy” McGee; son, Greg McGee (Billie); daughter, Angela Reaves; her special Dog Riley; brother; Gerald Reeves (Bobbi); sisters, Patsy Reeves Davis, Dean Reeves Jorgensen; three grandchildren, Madison McGee, Hunter McGee and Jordyn Reaves.
Memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at Page Road Baptist Church. Rev. Michael Bond will officiate.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 11, 2016 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. prior to the service at Page Road Baptist Church and other times at the home.
