Barbara Clark Rich

Mrs. Barbara Clark Rich, 82, of Durham passed away Monday, November 13, 2023, at her home in Durham.

Mrs. Rich was born December 18, 1940, in Durham to the late Herman Odell Bunn and Essie Moore Bunn.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rich was preceded in death by her first husband Harold Clark; brothers, Julian Bunn, and Norman Bunn; a sister, Vandoris Adams.

Barbara loved to dance and loved helping people by driving them to doctor appointments and delivering meals. She was a member of the RTP Community Church in Durham for over 50 years.

She is survived by her husband, Sandy Graham Rich; sons, Barry Clark and wife Debbie of Hillsborough, Michael Clark of Durham, and Craig Clark of Durham; daughter, April Clark Bryant and husband Josh of Hillsborough; sister, Carolyn Bunn (CR Hurley); stepdaughters, Angela Bailey of Durham and Tammy Hill of Creedmoor; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at RTP Community Church followed by a Funeral Service at 2 p.m. at the church. Officiating will be Pastor Brandon Edwards. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Anthony House, Steven Oakley, Ronald Clark, Ray Ward, Bryan Gourley and Ryan Edwards.

Serving as Honorary Pallbearer will be Chase Mullens.
