DURHAM Mr. Benjamin “Ben” Wesley Burrage, 82, of 3015 Ross Road, died on Thursday, January 10, 2013.Mr. Burrage was born in High Point to the late Hoyle Monroe Burrage and Cora Neal Burrage. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and retired from Williams Electric as a Lineman. He attended Grove Park Chapel.He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Edna Earle Burrage; one daughter, Teresa Burrage Jones and husband, Tommy of Durham; one brother, Hoyle Monroe Burrage, Jr. and wife, Frances of Durham; one sister, Margie Burrage Knight and husband, Conrad of Durham; three grandchildren, Renee’ Shrewsbury, Wesley Jones and Thomas Jones, Jr.; four great-grandchildren, Nicholas Jones, Lauren Jones, Tucker Shrewsbury and Chase Jones.Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel, officiated by Rev. Dale Brooks. Burial will be in Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1 to 2 p.m., before the service at Hudson Funeral Home and other times at the home, 3015 Ross Road.
