Betty Leonhardt Eubanks

DURHAM Betty Leonhardt Eubanks passed away Thursday, January 15, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Oscar H. Leonhardt and Prudence Bobo Leonhardt. She retired from Duke University where she worked as a secretary. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Eubanks is predeceased by her husband, Foster Wofford Eubanks; twin son, Steven Eubanks; sister, Gwen Morris; half-sister, Oneida Leonhardt Gross; and half-brother, Derrell Leonhardt. She is survived by twin son, Ronald “Ronnie” Eubanks; several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Hudson Chapel Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 11:00 am, Rev. Taylor Mills officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral services from 10:00 to 11:00 at Hudson Funeral Home.
