Betty White Hall, 67, of Creedmoor, North Carolina, passed away at Hock Family Pavilion surrounded by her family on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. She was born in Rocky Mount, North Carolina on October 13, 1957, to the late Lewis White, Sr. and Ruth Wiggs White.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 41 years, James Hall.

Mrs. Hall retired from Central Regional Hospital where she was a Medical Transcriptionist for over 20 years. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church.

She was lovingly known as Nana. She adored her family and spending time with them. She enjoyed traveling and going to the beach. Betty also loved listening to Gospel music and was a talented pianist. She loved singing at church. Betty was also an avid Duke Blue Devils fan. She loved watching their basketball games and would loudly cheer them on. She will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, sister and grandmother who will be deeply missed by everyone blessed to have known her.

Betty is survived by her son, Scott White (Miriam); daughter, Kristin Hall; brother, Lewis Lee White, Jr.; grandchildren,       Cassidy White, Victoria Appel, Christian White, Dylan Dickerson (Samantha) and Justin White (Gracie); 7 great grandchildren; her fur baby, Callie The Cat and numerous other loving family members and friends.

The family will have a Celebration of Life service Saturday, April 26 @ 1:00pm.The service will be held at Edgewood Baptist Church, 1807 Infinity Rd, Durham NC, 27712.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hock Family Pavilion, 4023 N. Roxboro St., Durham, NC 27704 or                    The Animal Protection Society of Durham, 2117 E. Club Blvd., Durham, NC 27704.
