Bobby Lee O’Brien

PERSON Mr. Bobby Lee O’Brien, 62, of Roxboro, died on Thursday, June 29, 2017.

Mr. O’Brien was born in Durham, the son of the late Patrick Kentry O’Brien and Ida Hayes O’Brien. He worked for IBM Corp and was also owner and operator of O’Brien’s Home Maintenance. He was a member of Cedar Fork Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue O’Brien; daughter, Tammy Michelle O’Brien and a brother, Mickey Ray O’Brien.

He is survived by his daughter, Brittany O’Brien Allen and husband, Kyle; brother, Kennie O’Brien and wife, Pat; sister, Melinda Kim O’Brien; grandson, Logan Laurence Allen; niece, Amanda O’Brien Rooney and husband, Matt; nephew, Kenneth Bradley O’Brien.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, July 3, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Cedar Fork Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Monday one hour before the service at the church.
