Bruce Coleman Taylor

DURHAM- Bruce Coleman Taylor, 79, of Durham died on Tuesday, April 21, 2015. He was the son of the late John Taylor and Ina Hunt Taylor. He served in the US Army. He retired from Aspen Tree Service. He was a member of West Durham Pentecostal Holiness Church.  

He is survived by his loving wife of fifty two years, Bonnie Davis Taylor, three daughters, Wanda Taylor New; step-daughters, Barbara Jeffries and Becky Burgess; five grandchildren, Tammy J. Rowsey, Tina J. Wilkins. Wendy J. Batten, Jennifer Jeffries, Crystal B. Roberts; ten great-grandchildren, Rodney, Kasey, Veronica, Amber, Blake, Chloe, Jennifer, Stephanie, Reese and Rannon.; six great-great grandchildren, Zoie, Cashe, Callie, Landon, Jenna and Kyndal.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel. Pastor James Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Active pallbearers will be Charles Bonham, Dewayne Turnage, Bobby Satterwhite, L.B. Spell, Thomas Harris and Tom Tooley.
