Carolyn Dianne Langdon

Carolyn Dianne Langdon, 71, of Durham, North Carolina passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. She was born in Durham, NC on September 18, 1952 to the late John Wesley Langdon, Sr. and Betty Winters Langdon.

Dianne fought a long courageous battle with Cerebral Palsy. She was a longtime resident of the SCI Triangle House, where she made many friends over the years and received great care.

Ms. Langdon is survived by her brother, John Wesley Langdon, Jr. (Jo Ann); sisters, Wendy Dixon and Susan Groves (Jim) and other loving family members and friends.

A Graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at Community Memorial Gardens in the Tally Ho Township of Stem, NC where she will be interred next to her mother. Rev. Hugh O’Shields will officiate.

THE CASKET WILL BE OPEN AND YOU ARE INVITED TO COME SIGN THE REGISTER BOOK AT HUDSON FUNERAL HOME on Sunday, August 10, 2024 from 11:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.  and on Monday, August 12, 2024 from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.  The casket will also be open at the cemetery from 12:30 P.M. to 12:55 P.M. prior to the Graveside Service.
