Crystal Dawn Stewart

BUTNER- Ms. Crystal Dawn Stewart, 39, passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021.

Ms. Stewart was born on December 6, 1981 to Jerry Stewart and Pamela Williams in Charlotte, NC. The little things in life made Crystal happy. She enjoyed spending time with her son Eli and being around her family. Crystal was a God-fearing Christian woman who loved her family. She had a huge heart and was the person you called in a crisis. Crystal was a devoted partner, mother, sibling, and daughter. Although Crystal will be missed deeply by her family and friends, they know she is with the Lord, Jesus Christ, and they will see her again.

Ms. Stewart is survived by her father, Jerry Stewart; mother, Pamela Williams (Timothy); fiancé, Dwayne Herndon, Sr.; children, Eli Herndon of the home, Darrian Clough, AJ Sanchez Yanez, Shyanna Clough, Michael Clough, III., Dwayne Herndon, II., and Noelle Herndon; sisters, Jennifer Hendry (Cliffton) of Wake Forest, NC, Britany Massey (Charles) of Creedmoor, NC, and Heather Phipps (Matthew) of Creedmoor, NC; step-brothers, Timothy Ray Williams, II., and Joshua David Williams; two grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Hudson Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Granville Memorial Park off of Highway 15 in Oxford, NC. Officiating will be Pastor Cathy Black.

Pallbearers will be Joshua David Williams, Charles Massey, Cliffton Hendry, Dwayne Herndon, II., Jody Herndon, and Josh Winston.
