COOLEYTIMBERLAKE Mrs. Daisy Bell Stell Cooley, 81, of 139 Ann Drive, died at Durham Regional Hospital on Sunday, May 30, 2010.Mrs. Cooley was a native of Wake County, the daughter of the late Edgar Marcus Stell and Lizzie Pescoler Stell. She was the co-owner of Cooley’s Carwash and Laundromat and in her later years she was a homemaker. She was member of Somerset Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by sisters, Lena Daniels and Thelma Hopkins and brothers, Edward Stell and Louis Stell. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Calvin Leroy “Buck” Cooley; daughter, Debra Cash of Durham; son, Lee Wayne Cooley of Timberlake; sister, Louise Woods of Oriental; grandchildren, Jeffrey Gregory Cash (Karen) of Wake Forest, Kevin Gregory Cash of Durham and Amber Lee Cooley of the home; two great-grandchildren and her special friends, Judene Day and her Senior Adult Ladies Sunday School Class members.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Somerset Baptist Church, officiated by Dr. Troy N. Rust. Burial will be in the Person Memorial Cemetery.The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home and other times at the home, 139 Ann Drive in Timberlake.
