David Thomas Anderson, Jr.

HILLSBOROUGH Mr. David Thomas Anderson, Jr., 69, of Hillsborough, died on Sunday, January 03, 2016.
Mr. Anderson was born in Virginia to the late David Thomas Anderson, Sr. and Pauline Hamilton Anderson. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, never met a stranger and would help anyone in need. He was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Anderson, sister, Geraldine McCorkle and grandson, Robert Ray Ketner.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Carolyn Anderson; four sons; Scot Anderson and wife, Kelly, Mike Anderson and wife, Stacy, Johnny Anderson; David Anderson; three daughters, Pam Mitchell and husband, Tommy, Lisa Wiloughby and husband, Dale, Tina Sparrow and husband, Jay; three brothers, Tony Anderson, Troy Anderson and Oscar Anderson; four sisters, Joanne Gibson, Christine Harry, Emily Waller and Lorraine Griffith; 16 grandchildren, Mason Anderson, Mikey Anderson, Jordan Anderson, Houston Anderson, Casey Anderson, Cody Anderson, Kaitlyn Anderson, Thomas Mitchell, Justin Mitchell, Brandi Mitchell, Ashley Evans, Dustin Evans, Joseph Evans, Chase Wiloughby, Robert Ketner and Christopher Ketner; 9 great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel. Rev. Johnny Hewett will officiate.
