Eugene Johnson

DURHAM Mr. Eugene O. Johnson, 80, of 1925 ½ Watson Road, died at Durham Regional Hospital on Thursday, October 27, 2011.Mr. Johnson was born in Harnett County to the late Walter Thomas and Ester Norris Johnson. He was a member of Guess Road Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.He is survived by his two sons, Tommy Johnson (Pamela) of Asheboro and Dennis Johnson (Terri) of Durham; one daughter, Keyra Ahmad of Butner; one brother, Devon Johnson; 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and his dog “Pearl”.Memorial services will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel, officiated by Rev. Jeremy Minor. The family will receive friends on Saturday one hour before the service at the funeral home.
