Fadene Ferrell Woods

DURHAM Mrs. Fadene Lee Ferrell Woods, 88, of Durham, died on Wednesday, November 25, 2015.
Mrs. Woods was a native and lifelong resident of Durham, daughter of the late Eddie Lee Ferrell and Pauline Burgess Ferrell. She was a homemaker and employed with the American Tobacco Company for 10 years. She was a member of Shady Grove Free Will Baptist Church. Mrs. Woods was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie D. Woods and her brother, Dwight T. Ferrell, sisters, Clara Phipps and Swanie Knapp.
She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Woods Abersold of Durham, and numerous loving family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 28th at 11a.m. at Shady Grove Baptist Church. Pastor Tim McCreight will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be George Woods, James Woods, Earl Woods, Roy Parton, Kermit Riggs and Doug Wyatt.
