Faye Creech Williams

Mrs. Glynda “Faye” Williams, 89, of Mebane, NC passed away August 12, 2023, at her residence after a period declining health. Mrs. Williams was the daughter of the late Hervy Creech and Bettie Keene Creech.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Dennis Williams who passed away June 13, 2020; siblings, Brookie C. Stephenson, Willie C. Massengill, and Sarah C. Moore.

She is survived by her son, Carlton Williams; grandchildren, Joseph Williams and Matthew McCartney.

Mrs. Williams was retired from D. C. May Company after many years of service. She was a long-time member of Holloway Street Baptist Church. Faye loved her grandchildren dearly. She also enjoyed flower gardening and working with crafts.

A visitation will be held Thursday, August 17, 2023, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home.
