Garland Lee Walker

Mr. Garland Lee Walker, 85, passed away August 14, 2023.

Garland was born March 21, 1938, in Nash County, NC to the late Hubert Linwood Walker and Tempie Leigh Manning Walker. He was preceded in death by his son, Mark Dwayne Walker and grandson, Zach Walker.

Garland was a faithful member of Gorman Baptist Church. He also was a member of the Butner Masonic Lodge #697. He served his county in the United States Army. Garland will be deeply missed.

Mr. Walker is survived by his wife, Jean W. Walker; daughter, Deborah W. Labrada; sister, Eva W. Fisher; grandchildren, Lance Watkins (Leslie), Jared Elliott, Michael Elliott, and Joshua Walker; and 8 great-grandchildren.

No services will be held.
