Gaynelle Gann High

ORANGE COUNTY- GayNelle Gann High, 86, of Orange County died on Wednesday, January 7, 2015. She was the daughter of the late James Reece Gann and Helen Lowe Gann. She worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield in the mailroom, also Gann Hosiery Mill and was a homemaker. She was a member of Lowes Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband William Woodrow High and a brother, Sterling Gann.

She is survived by her son, Roland W. High (Annie) of Apex, two daughters, Laura H. Drowns (Mike) of Hillsborough, and Janice High (George Schlager) of Basel Switzerland; sister, Marilyn G. Boring (Bob) of Frisco Texas; seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel.
