Harold Anthony Cherry

DURHAM Mr. Harold Anthony Cherry, 94, of Durham, died on Wednesday, August 26, 2015.
Mr. Cherry was born in Bethlehem, Pa., the son of the late William Cherewatuk and Anna Mochry Cherewatuk. He served in the U. S. Coast Guard and retired from the N. Y. City Transit Authority.
He is survived by his son, William “Bill” Cherry and wife, Linda of Durham; daughter, Ann-Marie Ferrell and husband, Rick of Durham; sister, Natalie Sobchak of New York; two grandchildren, Christopher Cherry and Anna Cherry.
Services will be planned at a later date.
