James Aubrey Johnson, Sr.

HENDERSON- James Aubrey Johnson, Sr., 56, of Henderson died on Saturday, February 21, 2015. He was the son of the late James Oscar Johnson and Ellen Marie Medlin Johnson. He was owner/operator of Jimmy Johnson Paint Company.

He is survived by his wife, Constance R. Johnson, children, Sherrie Herring, Joseph Rota (Step-Son), James A. Johnson, Jr., Beth Rodgers, Michael Johnson, Crystal Johnson, Heather Johnson, Michelle Stokes, Nina Slemp,  eight grandchildren, two sisters, Elizabeth Oakley and Teresa Riggan, nephews, Blake Oakley and Jimmy Cornelison, III, and niece, Kristy Cornelison.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at South Granville Memorial Gardens in Stem.  Robert Wilkins will officiate.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. one hour prior to the service at South Granville Memorial Gardens in Stem. Flowers are acceptable.  Online condolences can be made at www.hudsonfuneralhome.com.
