Janet Andrews Guess

STEM- Mrs. Janet Andrews Guess, 60, passed away, Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at home after a long courageous battle against breast cancer.

Mrs. Guess was born February 1, 1958 in Alexandria, VA, to Clarence and Vergie Andrews. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Creedmoor. Mrs. Guess enjoyed camping, boating, and spending time with family.

Mrs. Guess is preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Vergie Andrews; son, Trevor McClendon Guess.

Mrs. Guess is survived by her husband, Tracy Alan Guess; sons, Travis Alan Guess (Erin), Desmond Stephenson; daughter, Carmen Pate Chase (Richard); brothers, Ted Andrews (Ruth), Bob Andrews (Rainie), David Andrews (Pam); sisters, Julia McKay (Cecil); grandchildren, Jacob Pearsall (Kerry), Carleigh Pearsall, Payten Pearsall, Trenton Pearsall, Trevor Harward, Katie Marie; great-grandson, Nathan Pearsall.

A visitation will be held Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Hudson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, October 19, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Creedmoor. Officiating will be Pastor Eddie Mauldin and  Rev. James Shelley. Burial will follow at South Granville Memorial Gardens.
