Jeanae Tilley Wheeler

DURHAM Mrs. Jeanae Tilley Wheeler, 43, of 311 Merrion Park Lane, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, June 13, 2012. Mrs. Wheeler was a school teacher and taught at the Durham Public Schools and Private Christian Schools. She was a big UNC fan. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Jeff Wheeler; her parents, Ronald L. and Sheila Tilley; two sons, Ryan Wheeler and Kobe Wheeler both of the home and one sister, Michelle Perry and husband, Norman of Creedmoor.Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Gorman Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Joel McMillon. Interment will be in Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Ronnie Williams, Jr., Barry Williams, Brian Williams, Artie Teasley, Doug Merritt and Dylan Williams.The family will receive friends on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Home and other times at the home of her parents, 1929 Fletchers Chapel Road. The family would like to thank Gorman Baptist Church, Bethesda Baptist Church, Calvary Baptist Church, Bethesda Christian Academy, Faith Baptist of Youngsville, Olive Branch Baptist, Fletcher’s Chapel UM Church, Raleigh Moravian Church, Crossroads Christian School and Cross Culture Church for their love and support during Jeanae’s illness.
