Jeannie “Jeanne” Brown Wheeler

CREEDMOOR- Mrs. Jeannie “Jeanne” Brown Wheeler, 66, passed away on August 7, 2021.

Mrs. Wheeler was born June 5, 1955 to the late Willard and Etta Brown in Durham, NC. Mrs. Wheeler was an active member of Bible Believers. She was always helping people and had a heart of gold. She loved beach music, as well as all music. Jeanne had a witty sense of humor and her laughter could light up the room. You could find her taking care of her garden, as she loved flowers and hummingbirds. She had two dogs, Lucy and Bear, whom she adored. Above all, she loved her family and will be deeply missed.

In addition to her parents, Jeanne is preceded in death by her son, Rodney Chambers.

Jeanne is survived by her loving husband, Alfred Wheeler; step-sons, Ryan Wheeler and Brendan Wheeler; brother, Will Thomas Brown (Pat); sister, Linda Beasley (Wayne); grandchildren, Brooklin Chambers and Aydin Chambers, as well as many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Hudson Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Pastor David Hunt.
