Jeffery Wayne Parnell

Jeffery Wayne Parnell, 61, of Creedmoor, North Carolina passed away at home surrounded by his family on Saturday, November 30, 2024. He was born on October 3, 1963 in Durham, NC to the late James and Joyce Parnell.

Mr. Parnell was a well respected Carpenter in his community. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, basketball and being outdoors. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family especially having a great meal with them. This wonderful man loved and adored his children and grandchildren and cherished his wife. He will be remembered as a loving, caring, helpful and strong man who will be deeply missed by everyone blessed to have known him.

Jeffery is survived by his loving wife, Cathy Evans Parnell; sons, Jaden Parnell, Chris Evans and Clint Stone (Christine); daughter, Carla Watkins (Dwayne); brother, Tim Parnell; sister, Karen Drake (William); grandchilren, Cynda Watkins, Daityn Stone, Wynterlee Glenn, Ariana Glenn, Mark Evans and Vinny Evans; nephew, John Wilson, Jr.; niece, Jessica Goins and other loving family members and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at Hudson Funeral Home Chapel, 211 S. Miami Blvd., Durham, NC. Pastor Billy Davis will officiate. Burial will follow at Riverview United Methodist Church Cemetery, 1020 Orange Factory Rd., Bahama, NC. Prior to the funeral service, the family will receive friends starting at 1:00 P.M.
