Jimmy “Bossie” Brigman

DURHAM Mr. Jimmy “Bossie” Brigman, 69, of 1011 Spruce Street, died on Friday, April 10, 2015.

Mr. Brigman was born in McColl, SC to the late Joseph William Brigman and Maxine Leviner.  He served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a retired Carpenter and loved woodworking and fishing.

He is survived by his two sons, Christopher Brigman and Brian Brigman of Tennessee; sister, Virginia C. Dudley of Durham.

Graveside services with military honors will be held on Tuesday at 12 noon in the Salisbury National Cemetery in Salisbury, N.C. The family will receive friends at the home of his sister, 1009 Spuce Street. Flowers are acceptable or donations may be made to the Heartland Hospice, 4505 Falls of Neuse Road, Suite 650, Raleigh, NC 27609-2523.
