Joe Barney Wiggins III

DURHAM- Mr. Joe Barney Wiggins III, 65, of Durham, passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 18, 2017.
Mr. Wiggins was born in Durham, NC on December 21, 1951 to Joe Barney Wiggins II and Virginia McFarland Wiggins.
Mr. Wiggins worked for Burlington Industries and IBM. During High School and later in life, he played guitar in several local bands. He also enjoyed photography, and was a photographer of choice at many weddings.
Mr. Wiggins is survived by his wife Deborah Tilley Wiggins; daughter, Brandy Wiggins Queen (Darrell); granddaughter, Mackenzie Queen; grandson, Tyler Queen; uncle, Donald McFarland (Terry); aunt, Joyce Wiggins (James), and several cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held 4:00 p.m. Tuesday March 21, 2017 at Hudson Funeral Chapel. A visitation will be held a half hour prior to the service from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
