Judith Hare

DURHAM- Ms. Judith Beal Hare, 81, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at Duke University Hospital.
Ms. Hare was born October 31, 1938 to the late Roy and Cornelia Beal in Roanoke Rapids, NC. She was a clerk with Liggett Myers. Ms. Hare loved to color and spend time with her cat, Shiloh. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Ms. Hare is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Cornelia Beal; brothers, Jimmy Wayne Beal and Roy Therman Beal; sister, Margie Ferettino.
Ms. Hare is survived by her daughter, Renee Lynne Hare; grandchildren, Judith Carol Hare (Daniel Alton Miller); great-grandchildren, Asher Alton Miller and Sophia Lynne Miller and her favorite companion, Shiloh.
A memorial service will be held at 11:0.m. Friday, January 31, 2020 at Hudson Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be an hour prior to service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
