Linda Caulder Dixon

Creedmoor- Linda Caulder Dixon, 60, of Creedmoor passed away on Friday, May 13, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Edward Lafon Caulder and Lillian Jackson Caulder. Linda was Vice President of Dixon Flooring. She lived in Creedmoor for eleven years, lived most of her life in Durham. Linda was a previous member of First Baptist Church on Cleveland St. in Durham. She loved gardening, her flowers, and loved collecting frog items. Linda also loved yellow roses and daisies, her favorite color was blue. Linda loved her family and friends. Linda was preceded in death by her brothers, Johnny Lynn Caulder and Forest Lafon Caulder.
Linda is survived by her husband, Joseph Thomas, son, Johnny Wayne Dixon of Durham; daughter, Jennifer Eason (Justin Brent) of Durham; sisters, Phyllis Ann Morrison (Daryl) of Ohio; Cathy Caulder Jones (Charles) of Oxford; Deborah Marie Wilkinson (Dale) of Durham, grandchild, Nathaniel Asher Eason, several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews and significant other, Bryan Ottoway.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel. Chaplain Phil Wiggins will officiate. Entombment will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. Active pallbearers will be Johnny Wayne Dixon, Chip Lewis, Justin Eason, James Gregory, Billy Morgan, Josh Eason and Ron Harris, Jr.
