Lottie Tilley McPherson

DURHAM- Mrs. Lottie Tilley McPherson, 100, passed away Saturday February 4, 2017.
Mrs. McPherson was born January 17, 1917 in Durham, NC. Mrs. McPherson was educated in the Durham school system. She worked and retired from Duke University Medical Center in the surgical PDC. Mrs. McPherson was a former member of Calvary Free Will Baptist Church.
Mrs. McPherson is preceded in death by her husband John Arch McPherson; parents; Edward and Manie Tilley; sisters, Maggie Tilley Jackson, Mabel Tilley Carroll, and Alma Tilley Overman; and brother, Edward Tilley Jr.
Mrs. McPherson is survived by her sister Gladys Tilley Hobbs, and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday February 8, 2017 at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Officiating will be Rev. Michael Bond.
