Marilyn McAllister Hargrave

DURHAM Mrs. Marilyn Elizabeth McAllister Hargrave, 91, of Durham, died on Friday, October 21, 2016.
Mrs. Hargrave was born in Kingston, New York, to the late Ferdinand McAllister and Esther Mae Watson McAllister. She worked as a private Dietitian. She was a member of the Triangle Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Hargrave was an avid reader. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward John Hargrave.
She is survived by her son, John Robert Hargrave of Dingmans Ferry, Pa.; two daughters, Susan Sherron and Patricia Spinella both of Durham; two brothers, Robert McAllister of Syosset, NY and Ward McAllister of Toms River, NJ; one sister, Edna Becker of Siler City; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
