Martha Elizabeth Suarez Curry

Mrs. Martha Suarez Curry, 75, of Creedmoor passed away July 31, 2023, at Croasdaile Village. Martha was born in Escambia County, Florida to the late Joseph L. Suarez and Letha Beasley Suarez.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Everette Curry; and a brother, Joseph Suarez.

Martha is survived by her daughters, Vicki Lynn Stanley of Florida and Laura Curry Munn and husband Ronnie of Creedmoor, North Carolina; son, Brian Lee Curry of Virginia; sister, Mary White of Mississippi; grandchildren, Jenny Ciccotti (Robert), Carrie Tweedell, Jacob Harder, Brittany Wilson, Aaron Curry, and Bridget Curry; great grandchildren, Tristen Stewart, Kensley Briggs, Braelyn Tweedell, Robert “Trey” Tweedell, Colton Gomez, Adrian Wilson and AJ Wilson.  

Martha moved to the Creedmoor area from Pensacola, Florida about 1989. She was a nurse with a strong work ethic. She was the matriarch of the family and was hard working. She enjoyed going to the beach, cooking for family gatherings and cross stitching. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.

A visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday August 3, 2023, at Hudson Funeral Home.
