Michael Lee “Big Mike” Godwin

DURHAM Mr. Michael Lee “Big Mike” Godwin, 59, formerly of Durham, died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident, on Thursday, August 13, 2015. He was currently living in Stem.
Mike was born in Durham and was a 1975 graduate of Durham High School. He was a loving father and friend. He was a member of the Durham Hell’s Angels Motorcycle Club.
He is survived by his son, Nick Godwin.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church,515 Southerland St, Durham, NC 27703. Following the service the family will receive friends for a Benefit Luncheon at Crazy Shots Billiards, 668 N. Churton Street, Hillsborough NC 27278.
