LARRABEELELAND Michael Scott “Mike” Larrabee, 49, of 1222-308 Maple Tree Drive, died on Thursday, January 6, 2011.Michael was a easy going, hard working man that enjoyed life. He was a great father and companion that will be greatly missed. He loved his Beagle, “Sassy”.He is survived by his wife, Lynn Preddy Larrabee; parents, Richard Dale Larrabee and Thelma Salsman Larrabee; three daughters, Alexis Larrabee of Leland, Angela Pridgen (Will) of Wilmington, Ashley McFalls of Durham; two brothers, Richard Dale Larrabee (Bridget) of Reston, Va., Robert James Larrabee (Lori) of Wake Forest; one sister, Pamela Larrabee Sims of Raleigh; two grandchildren, Mia Lynn Leathers, Lillian Grace Leathers and other family members, Ryan, Davis, Reagan Larrabee, Caitlyn, Samantha, Elliott Larrabee and Tiffany and Taylor Sims.A memorial service will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m. at Fletchers Chapel United Methodist Church, Rev. Ronald Snider and Rev. Clarence Parrish will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday at Hudson Funeral Home.
