Mildred Mary Moore Hudson

DURHAM- Mildred Mary Moore Hudson, 92, of Durham died on Friday, May 1, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Lee Arthur Moore and Lena Yeatts Moore. She lived in Durham since 1949, was a member of Hollywood Baptist Church in Chatham, VA. She was an avid Duke Basketball Fan, Baltimore Orioles, loved Jeff Gordon and Nascar. She was preceded in death by eight brothers.

She is survived by her loving husband, Rodney Edward Hudson; sons, Rodney Hudson, Jr. (Brenda), Bill Hudson (Cathy), Jimmy Hudson (Deborah) and Walter Hudson; seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Brier Creek Memorial Gardens in Raleigh, N.C. Reverend Tim Wheeler will officiate. Online condolences can be made at www.hudsonfuneralhome.com.
