Nancy Massey Dixon

Mrs. Nancy Massey Dixon, 67, of Cary died on Saturday, October 25, 2014. Mrs. Dixon was born in Durham to the late Hubert Massey and Ophelia Cagle Massey and spent her adult life as a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her brother, Pete Massey, and sister, Alease Riley.

She is survived by her husband, Leland A. Dixon; one son, Lee Dixon, and his wife Lisa of Cary; brother, Odell Massey, of Cary; nieces and nephews, Randy Riley, Pat Blackburn, Greg Riley, and Angie Snipes.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Wake Memorial Gardens with Chaplain Heather Doss officiating. Pallbearers will be R. J. Riley, Brandon Moore, Danny Blackburn, Randy Riley, Jake Blackburn, and Bobby Davis. Greg Riley and Wesley Massey will serve as honorary pallbearers.
