Naomie Luan Jenkins

MORRISVILLE Ms. Naomie Luan Jenkins, 74, of Morrisville, died on Sunday, January 03, 2016.
Ms. Jenkins was born in Wake County, the daughter of the late Herbert Franks and Mavis Lee Herndon Franks. She was owner of Morrisville Café for which she dedicated 33 years of service. She was a member of Sorrell’s Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Franks Martin.
She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Emory of Burlington; sons, Kip Jenkins of Raleigh and Russell Jenkins of Morrisville; sister, Carol Franks Ray of Morrisville; five grandchildren, Angela Walker, Dallas Emory, Phillip Emory Crystal Denson and Dylan Jenkins; 4 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Sorrell’s Grove Baptist Church. Pastor Glenn Davis will officiate. Burial will be in the Sorrell’s Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kenny Davis, Brian Walker, Doug Ray, Jimmy Winters, Ralph Daniels and Ray Murphy.
