Nell Boyd Bullock

STEM Mrs. Nell Boyd Bullock, 81, of Stem, passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2016.
Mrs. Bullock was born in Granville County, the daughter of the late Crawford Boyd and Lee Barrier Boyd. She worked at John Umstead Hospital and later was a waitress and cook at Wheeler’s Drive In. Mrs. Bullock was a member of Geneva Presbyterian Church in Oxford. She was preceded in death by her husband, Manley Lee Bullock; two brothers, Paul and John Boyd; sisters, Margaret McDonald, Pauline Elliott, Lucille Williams and Hazel Hilton.
She is survived by her two sons, Kenneth Bullock and wife, Linda of Oxford, David Bullock and wife, Carol of Creedmoor; two brothers, Frank Boyd, Bill Boyd; three grandchildren, Joshua Bullock, Kevin Bullock and Tyler Bullock; and family friend and caregiver, Dorothy Garrett.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Geneva Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Rev. Fred Westbrook will officiate.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the church and other times at the home. Flowers are acceptable.
