Rebecca Jane Daniel Blanton

TIMBERLAKE Mrs. Rebecca Jane Daniel Blanton, 69, of Timberlake, died on Wednesday, May 10, 2017.
Mrs. Blanton was born in Oxford, the daughter of the late Raymond Daniel and Edna Mae Hobgood Daniel. She retired from UNC Hospital, where she was a secretary in the Lineberger Cancer Center. She was a member of Berry’s Grove Baptist Church in Timberlake. She was preceded in death by her twin brother, Bernard Daniel.
She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Dickerson and husband, Charles of Rougemont; brother, William Daniel and wife, Linda of Rougemont; three grandchildren, Katelyn, Peyton and Carson Dickerson and nieces, Janice D. Johnson and Susan D. Geist.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Enon Baptist Church Cemetery, 2298 Enon Road, Oxford, NC 27565. Rev. Craig Willingham will officiate. Flowers are acceptable. Online condolences can be made at www.hudsonfuneralhome.com.
