Rebecca Tunstall

DURHAM- Mrs. Rebecca Thomas Watson Tunstall, 89, passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2020.

Mrs. Tunstall was born on August 30, 1930 to Sterling and Lillian Watson in Oxford, NC.

Mrs. Tunstall was preceded in death by her parents, Sterling and Lillian Watson; husband, George Samuel Tunstall; daughter, JoAnn Tunstall; brothers, Guthrie and Austin Watson; and her sister, Margaret Kelly. She is survived by her sister, Mazell W. Brame of Durham, NC, and her niece, Rita Brame of Durham, NC and Sharon Faust of Hillsborough, NC.

A funeral service will be held at Hudson Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.

Flowers are acceptable or memorial contributions can be made to Heartland Hospice or Pettigrew Rehabilitation Center in Durham, NC.
