Rhea Edgar Denny

DURHAM- Mr. Rhea Edgar Denny, 73, of Durham died on Friday, May 16, 2014. He was the son of the late Arthur Thomas Denny and Nell Evelyn Hanks Denny. Mr. Denny retired from The US Marine Corp., also retired from IBM & V.A. He was a member of American Legion VFW Post 7, 40 and 8 organization. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Lewis Denny.

He is survived by his son, Marc E. Denny (Charissa) of Timberlake; daughter, Lorie Lynn Fabean (Fred) of Timberlake; brother, Thomas Denny of Graham; sister, Doris Ann Townes of FL.; four grandchildren, Brooke Fabean, Zachary Denny, Tyler Denny and Alec Denny, several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Grove Memorial Garden.
