Rodney “Scott” Sineath, 57, of Creedmoor, North Carolina went home to be with his Lord and Saviour on Monday, January 8, 2024. He was born August 1, 1966 in Durham, NC at Watts Hospital to the late Troy Sineath, Sr. and Christine Davis Sineath.
Mr. Sineath graduated from Chewning High School. Scott was a faithful member of Living Springs Church of God in Franklinton, NC. He loved going to church, singing in the choir and listening to gospel music. In his youth Scott enjoyed competing in the Special Olympics where he excelled in basketball and track.
Scott was an energetic man who was always happy and loved everyone. He will be remembered as a loving and beautiful soul who will be dearly missed by everyone blessed by his presence.
Mr. Sineath is survived by his sisters, Gloria Mozley, Marsha Harrison (Wesley) and Deborah Bradham (Steve); brother, Troy Earl Sineath, Jr. (Sandra); special aunt, Brenda Bell and numerous loving nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Hudson Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Robert Collier will officiate. A Private Committal Service will be held at a later date at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Durham, NC.
Flowers are acceptable.
