Ross Odom Fisher

DURHAM- Ross Odom Fisher, 84, passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2015. Mr. Fisher was a native and lifelong resident of Durham, the son of the late Leroy Fisher and Lora Odom Fisher. He was an active member and served as a Deacon at Olive Branch Baptist Church. Mr. Fisher loved fishing. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He was preceded in death by his wife, Callie Mae Ellis Fisher, brother L.R. Fisher.
He is survived by his sister, Ruth Riggs and husband Kermit of Durham; nieces, Sandy Gentry and Jera Riggs; nephew, Randy Fisher.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Olive Branch Baptist Church. Rev. Tim Wheeler will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Charlie Porter, Steve Mishue, Ricky Rigsbee, George Pearce, Jimmy Hatley and Sam Brown.
