Roxie Ann Johnson

DURHAM Ms. Roxie Ann Johnson, 81, of Durham, died on Thursday, October 29, 2015.
Ms. Johnson was born in Wake County the daughter of the late Will Johnson and Cora Maynard Johnson. She will be remembered as a sweet kind person who made people feel very special. She was preceded in death by her eight siblings and a grandchild, Lee Stephenson.
She is survived by her four children, Lewis Stephenson and wife, Hope, Randy Stephenson and wife, Mary Lou, Brenda Stephenson Jones and husband, Charles and Leonard Darryl Stephenson and wife, Tara; sister, Elsie Suggs; grandchildren, Tommy Stephenson, Timmy Stephenson, Brian Holden, Justin Beverly and Ryan Stephenson; 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 31st at 11 a.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Rev. Johnny Hewett will officiate.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10 to 10:30 a.m., prior to the service at Hudson Funeral Home. Flowers are acceptable. Online condolences may be made at www.hudsonfuneralhome.com.
