Selah Janan Barnes

Selah Janan Barnes, loving 23 month old daughter of Reginald T. and Sontina S. (Spinks) Barnes, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at University of Michigan Hospital. She was born March 12, 2010 in Durham, North Carolina. In addition to her beloved parents, she is survived by her very favorite brother, Josiah (aka The Incredible Hulk); grandparents, Grandmama Bunnie, Grandpa Joe, Nana Helen Spinks and Papa Charlie Massie, auntie Katina, uncle Mannie and cousins, Manie-Manie and Imani, aunts, Linda Massie and Sylvia Yancey; dear family friends, Mr. Bill Gammon, Miss Ruby and Miss Patricia; and all of the wonderful doctors, nurses and “angels in scrubs” who loved her dearly. Commital Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.
