Stephen Patton Clark

DURHAM- Mr. Steve Clark, 65, of Durham passed away on Friday, June 13, 2014 at home surrounded by his family and friends after a short battle with lung cancer.  Steve was born to the late James Benjamine and Frances Zenobah Mills Clark. He worked for Overnight Transportation for 33 years,  West Brothers Transportation and Storage for 10 years and most recent the Goodwill Industries for 4 years. He was a member of The Elks Lodge #568. He was preceded in death by his brother Jimmy Clark.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Andrea Clark, two daughters, Candy Russell and husband Jeffrey Russell, Summer Eldridge and husband, Gary Eldridge,  6 grandchildren, Nathan Deane, Owen Deane, Zachary Eldridge, Jordan Eldridge, Montgomery Russell and Kynleigh Russell, 1 brother, Stuart Harris,  and multiple friends, Skip Dunn, Russell Crabtree and Norman Davis.

Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel. Speaker will be Tommy Fletcher.
