Thelma Jenkins “Mickey” Moore

MORRISVILLE  Mrs. Thelma “Mickey” Jenkins Moore, 72, of 415 Church Street, died on Sunday, April 12, 2015.

Mrs. Moore was born in Wake County to the late Fermon Jenkins and Mary Pittman Jenkins. She retired from Weck Surgical Instruments. She was a member of Sorrell’s Grove Baptist Church.

She is survived by her sister, Mary Upchurch of Morrisville; nieces and nephews, Jamie Upchurch, Lori Hewitt, Phyllis Jones, Gerald Jones and Darryl Jones; great-nephews, James Upchurch, Sebastian Hewitt and great-niece, Haylen Hewitt.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at Hudson Funeral Chapel. Rev. Glen Davis will officiate. Entombment will be in the Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum.
